Patříme mezi globální lídry v chemickém průmyslu s více než 100letou tradicí. V Plzni působíme od roku 2007. Náš výrobní závod na Borských polích se zaměřuje na zušlechťování silikonů. V centru Plzně sídlí nově HUB Excellence, centrum globálních sdílených služeb s odborníky pro IT, Engineering, Procurement aj. V Karlových Varech stavíme nový výrobní závod. Zakládáme si na osobním přístupu, přátelské atmosféře. Naše hodnoty – spolehlivost, ambice a odhodlání – nás spojují a posouvají vpřed.

Moderní, rychle se rozvíjející firma. Přesto občas překotná ve vývoji a v procesech. Jinak se vždy vzorně stará o lidi.
Složitost firmy, moc procesů a ještě víc IT nástrojů. Chtělo by to zamyslet se nad zjednodušením administrativy.

stmelovací mikro-akce pořádané zaměstnavatelem pro zaměstnance skoro každý měsíc. Výborný kolektiv. Zajímavá práce Pěkné benefity pro zaměstnance.

Možnost práce z domova, ale v kanceláři jsem radši, je tu příjemné prostředí a skvělí kolegové; flexibilní pracovní doba, mnoho benefitů, dobrý plat, možnost dalšího vzdělávání (jazyky a práce na pc). Každý den se naučím něco nového, práce není nudná
