Žádné nařízené přesčasy nebo práce ve svátek. Většina kolegů (až na nějakou výjimku) byla ochotna pomoct a poradit. Různorodá a samostatná práce, nejednalo se o obyčejné stání u strojů. Snaha o zlepšení pracovních podmínek při odpoledních směnách v horkých letních dnech.

Vysoké rozdíly ve mzdách, třeba i 50 Kč a více za stejný typ práce. S předchozím bodem související mizerné platové ohodnocení. Ne zrovna slušné jednání ze strany některých výše postavených nadřízených, arogance a dokonce i nějaké ty vulgarismy při komunikaci se zaměstnanci.

Freedom and independence

Většinou samostatná práce, záleží na výsledku, nikoli na postupu.

Varied work

Žádná seriová výroba. Práce se opakuje vždy s nějakým časovým odstupem.
