- lékař, nemoc, osobní problémy - nikdy není problém si věci vyřešit, jak potřebuju - lidský přístup - většinou dobrý management - hezké prostředí
- chování některých kolegů, když se má dělat něco nového - to je vždycky problém

kreativní práce v příjemném a vstřícném kolektivu profesionálů které jejich práce baví ,je skvělé vidět výsledky své práce i po několika letech na filmovém plátně, různorodá práce která člověka neomrzí ,možnost potkávat nové lidi a pracovat na zajímavých místech kam bych se jinak asi ani nedostal
všude je co vylepšovat a nic není dokonalé jsou dny kdy je práce časově náročnější

Práce na Barrandově nikoho nikam neposune. Na vedoucích místech jsou naprosto nekompetentní lidi a bohužel mají stále prostor a svým přístupem škodí jak zaměstnavateli tak ještě pár zbývajícím zaměstnancům. Vedení ve Fundusu kostýmů je opravdu velký průšvih pro Barrandov Studio celkově. Dlouhodobí zaměstnanci hromadně odcházejí. Nedoporučuji !!!
Zaměstnanci nemohou být spokojeni s ničím. Plat ostudný, chování nadřízeného sprosté.

Vynikající kolektiv s velmi vstřícnými a spolehlivými lidmi. Velmi profesionální a bezvadná organizace práce se skvělým vedením.
Podprůměrnou mzdu za fyzicky těžkou a velmi odbornou, ikdyž velmi vyjímečnou práci.

Bohužel k této otázce nic. Není. Nebylo koho si cenit.
Vyměnit neschopný managment, více točit filmy než jen pronajímat budovy.
