Možnost naplánovat si práci maximálně podle sebe.
Odosobněná atmosféra jinak nepodobná neziskovému sektoru. Minimální podpora i kontrola. Žádná zpětná vazba, kontakt. Klienti se mi tak často střídali, že se nedalo s nikým pořádně vybudovat vztah, na něčem pracovat. Půlku pracovní doby je člověk vlastně dobrovolníkem, protože cestuje mezi klienty a tento čas organizace neplatí.

Na začátku měsíce lze uvést, v které dny a v jakém časovém rozsahu má člověk možnost pracovat. Lze do toho tedy snadno naplánovat péči o děti či případné hlídání nebo vystřídání partnerů.

Kromě stravenek žádné benefity, dovolená 20 dní. Jinde jsou mnohem lepší podmínky.

Oceňuji možnost časové flexibility, vychází vstříc s plánováním směn
