Kolegy si musel člověk opravdu vybrat, co se týkalo mistrové dokud člověk dělal a stíhal dobrý, ale pokud jste museli si chystat materiál a hned nejela linka bylo to z řečmi že linka nesmí stát a navíc mi nedala ani jeden den volna abych mohla s dítětem které mělo horečky k lékaři jinak se to dalo. Člověk na to musí mít psychyku aby to ustál a musel vědět jak hovořit s nadřízeným, co se týče ředitele výroby je to přísný člověk ale férový chlap na něj nemám ani jedno křivé slovo, v této firmě musí člověk zvážit nač má a co si může dovolit pro rodiče dobrý že můžou i jen na raní směnu

Lze se domluvit na ranní směny, ale ne na časovém rozpětí jako je např., od 7 do 15h směna je dána na 6 hodin ráno do 14 hodiny
