Zaměstnavatel posílá výplatu maximálně o jeden den později.

Vyměnit nekvalifikované přeplacené zaměstnance bez praxe za kvalifikované zaměstnance. Co nejvíce odbourat agenturní zaměstnance a nahradit je např. výše uvedenými nekvalifikovanými zaměstnanci. Motivace zaměstnanců-bonusy např. týden dovolené navíc, vyšší stravenky-nyní 55 Kč, příspěvek na penzijní pojištění, aj.
