Rozhodně musím ocenit benefity. Velkou nabídku občerstvení, multisport a masáže, stravenky, počítač a předplacený telefon + příspěvek na penzijko. Cítím, že se nám tu opravdu snaží vytvořit příjemné prostředí k práci. Skoro vždycky se dá na věcech domluvit, jednání s mými přímými nadřízenými vždycky probíhá s respektem. Snaží se nám vycházet vstříc a dají na naše názory. Poslouchají návrhy ke zlepšování.
Firma k věcem místy přistupuje podle mindsetu "malé, rodinné firmy", i když už moc malá není. Přátelská a uvolněná atmosféra mi vyhovuje, ale nemusí být pro každého.

Atmosféra uvnitř je naprostým opakem korporátu. Buď jste stejně naladění, nebo ne. Nic mezi tím. Díky tomu je tým tak skvěle sehraný.
Interni procesy (na kterých se již pracuje) a platová konkurenceschopnost, což je zase vykoupeno startupovým prostředím.

To že se o nás stará. Máme flexi pasy, šuplíku plný sladkého, ovoce a neomezený přísun kávy a balené studené vody.
Bylo by fajn kdybychom se přestěhovali do větších prostor, dostali větší rozpočty na teambuildingu neb nás již není 15... a dělali práci tak aby nemusela být do druhého dne, potom máme spousty nedodělků které fungují jen aby se neřeklo...
