Pružná pracovní doba je u lidí pracující v THP pozicích velmi výhodná. Každý si může naložit se svým pracovním časem jak může, samozřejmě ve prospěch firmy.

Firma Zetor Tracktors v minulosti dokázala ocenit flexibilitu,vztah k firmě a pokud člověk má určité schopnosti a je samostatný v rozhodování,nebojí se různých výzev vždy dokázala tohoto člověka ocenit. Nehledě na to,že v rámci firmy byly spousty různých školení, seminářů, tréninků apod. Prostě šikovný,pracovitý člověk má šanci budovat si kariéru. Ovšem hodnotím období z minulých let 2004-2015. Současnou situaci už tak neznám. Přeji hezký den.
Pokud má člověk zájem o práci v sériové výrobě a má alespoň základní znalosti v technické praxi. Manuální zručnost, pro výrobu a montáž traktorů by mohl být dobrým kandidátem.
