Complex tasks
I jednoduché věci mají v ZT náročné řešení, management není otevřený změnám, zlepšení. Zaměstnanec musí složitě vymyslet, jakým způsobem to implementovat.

zajímavé a motivující benefity, možnost skloubit soukromí s pracovními povinnostmi,
ne vždy férové jednání jednotlivých oddělení vůči sobě, špatná spolupráce napříč jednotlivými odděleními

Benefity na sport a zdraví Líbila se mi práce ve výrobě traktorů Rozšíření technických znalostí a vývoj nových výrobků. Zajímavá práce
Vztah s manažerem tedy vyšším nadřízeným byl v pohodě. Pochopitelně by se měla firma zaměřit především na kvalitu svých výrobků a důkladně proškolit své pracovníky o technologii výroby. Za druhé, je tady špatně rozdělená práce. Kdy část zaměstnanců počet operací absolutně nezvládá.
Informal work atmosphere
Kolektiv lidí musí dokázat vytvořit sehraný tým. Umění se domluvit. Pokud jedna součást nefunguje správně, mají to ostatní o to těžší
Jobs for people with no work experience
Pokud má člověk zájem o práci v sériové výrobě a má alespoň základní znalosti v technické praxi. Manuální zručnost, pro výrobu a montáž traktorů by mohl být dobrým kandidátem.
