Účel firmy = to, čím se firma zabývá a jakým způsobem to dělá. Umožňuje mi další rozvoj a podporuje mě v práci na sobě. Nechává mě pracovat samostatně s podporou firmy. Pravidla jsou jasně nastavena a dodržují se.
Více lidí v týmu, abychom klientům mohli poskytovat co nejkvalitnější služby.

Důvěru, kterou mám od své nadřízené. Možnost realizovat své nápady, možnost osobního růstu, vztahy ve firmě. Všichni chceme pomoci klientům, aby mohli také realizovat své sny, "táhneme za jeden provaz".
Je super, že stále hledáme, kde být ještě lepší a makáme na tom, je to nestálý proces :)

Rozmanitá a velmi zajímavá práce. Každý den potkávám inspirativní lidi a mužů s nimi pracovat.
Těžko říct. Máme hodně práce :) ale když to člověka baví a muže pomáhat tak to jde samo :)

Skvělý tým lidí, zapálených pro stejnou věc. To, že se na všechny můžu spolehnout a pracovní prostředí a podmínky jsou takové, že podporují kreativitu, schopnosti člověka a rozvíjejí jej. Neznáme žabomyší války a pomluvy. Vidím za sebou hodnotné výsledky - to, jak firmy díky našemu know-how rostou a mají schopnější týmy.
Hmm, naše firma neustále inovuje a zlepšuje, co je potřeba zlepšovat s tím, jak rosteme a jak se mění trh. Když je potřeba něco změnit, tak je snadné dát návrh a komunikovat to s nadřízeným. Díky tomu se ty věci opravdu kontinuálně zlepšují. Nic mě teď nenapadá.

Nejvíce oceňuji, že má moje práce opravdový smysl. Pomáhám firmám posunout jejich schopnosti v oblasti najímání a hodnocení personálu. Mohu pak vidět, že pro klienty není práce s lidmi jen "nutné zlo", ale opravdová radost.
Nenapadá mě nic, co by se mělo zlepšit. Jsem ráda za to, že jsem našla práci, která mě baví, dává mi smysl a ještě jsem součástí super týmu, kde jsou lidé vždy ochotni si pomoci.

Kdysi mi dal příležitost a i když byly i náročné chvíle, jsem si vědoma toho, že mi to nesmírně pomohlo dělat vysněnou práci. Neměnila bych.
nevím, možná přijmout ještě více nadšenců abychom byli větší :)

Umožnila mi šanci dostat se do oblasti HR, ačkoliv jsem byla bez zkušenosti. Dávají možnost lidem, kteří mají chuť se posouvat dále a nehodnotí je pouze na základě životopisů :)
