Není nutná praxe, příležitost i pro absolventy. Pravidelná a slušná mzda. Stabilní zaměstnavatel. Spolupráce s domácími i zahraničními firmami. Získání zkušeností. Někteří spolupracovníci.
Často slabé nebo žádné zaučení nováčků ve výrobě. V zimě se na dílnách netopí. Nízká nástupní mzda, někdy i po letech ve firmě, dle profese. Někteří spolupracovníci. Slabá personální politika. Téměř žádné benefity.

Na pravidelnou výplatu a na kolegy jsem se vždy mohl obrátit pro radu.
S Mistrem, arogantní, nerozuměl tomu. Proto nechápu proč byl mistrem, asi protekce?!
