Tradice, známost ve světě, kvalita, top produkty, zaměstnanecké benefity, pro nově nastupující pracovníky dobré platové podmínky.
Vyměnit lidi, kteří mají na starost plánování výroby, lépe zkoordinovat útvary nákupu-obchodu-plánování !!!!! Chaotické zadávání prací na stroje-velká rozpracovanost-časté přerušování prací na strojích z důvodu, že chvátá jiná zakázka. Kusová výroba i když stejných polotovarů/výrobků leží ve skladu více, kvůli tomu se výroba prodražuje !!!

Bolístkou všech větších společností je komunikace mezi jednotlivými odděleními, i tady je stále co zlepšovat.
