V Jahode z.ú. som pracovala 4,5 roka teraz tam končím v Prosinci. Do života mi dala veľmi veľa, hlavne super vedenie a najlepších kolegov. Pre mňa vždy zostane Jahoda v mojom srdci. Je to skvelá práca a doporučila by som ju každému. Rodinné prostredie a skvelá práca. Jahode prajem len to najlepšie do budúca.

Největší plus je vedení organizace, které je férové. Tým se skládá z mladých lidí. Plat je vzhledem k neziskovému sektoru velmi dobrý a benefity super. Páteční home office velké plus. Pokud člověk plní svou práci jak má, je zde spokojený.
Občas až moc víkendových akcí, tudíž méně osobního volna. Možná mě trochu mrzí to, že člověk se vzděláním má stejnou mzdu a kompetence, jako člověk bez vzdělání. Bohužel v těchto organizacích to tak nejspíš je všude.

Parta dobrých kolegů. Možnost stravování na pracovišti.
Jednoznačně největší překážkou je vedení. Je neupřímné - velká nespokojenost s jeho jednáním, kdy se mu nedalo věřit, nebyl na něho žádný spoleh a oplýval nevybíravým jednáním vůči zaměstnancům. Odešlo kvůli tomu z JAHODY už hodně kvalitních lidí.

Velká zkušenost co se týče přímé práce samotné. Super kolegové. Cílová je opravdu velmi náročná, ale právě to je na té praci to zajímavé!!
Bohužel velmi špatné zkušenosti s vedením organizace a jejich chováním k zaměstnancům. Velká fluktuace lidi pracujících v přímé péči by měla být signálem pro změnu přístupu, ale bohužel není.
