Pružná pracovní doba, příspěvek na stravování, stravenky na volnočasové aktivity, studium cizího jazyka, stabilita firmy, lidský přístup vedení, práce s novými technologiemi.
Občasně přehnané ambice vedení,

Stabilita a pravidelnost výplaty, pro THP pracovní náplň, síla firmy na trhu.
No overtime
Pracovníci THP mají omezení na hodiny přesčas. Co se v daný den nestihne, přesune se na druhý den.
