Většina týmů pracuje ve scrumu - role "nadřízený" tam není. Místo toho zkušenější kolegové radí a pomáhají těm méně zkušeným. Nezanedbatelnou část pracovního času věnujeme na sebevzdělávání v oblastech, které nám SM pomáhá vybrat.

Dokážeme se lidsky domluvit na čemkoliv - na práci i na soukromých záležitostech, kdy člověk potřebuje něco řešit a kolegové ho pracovně zastoupí, či podpoří. Kolegové jsou dlouhodobí zaměstnanci, takže od nich lze čerpat znalosti a zkušenosti a oni zase čerpají ze zkušeností nově příchozího.
