Na různých věcech se dá individuálně domluvit. Volnost v tom, jak si zorganizovat den.
Potřebujeme zlepšit dávání zpětné vazby tak, aby se stala běžnou součástí dne. Decentralizovat rozhodování směrem k produktům/týmům.

Soukromá firma se středním počtem zaměstnanců, kde se téměř všichni navzájem můžou poznat, nejenom v rámci plnění pracovních úkolů ale taky při účasti na hezkých firemních a týmových akcích (lyžování, vycházky po horách, cyklistika, motokáry, výroční akce a mnoho dalších společných aktivit). Podpora vedení firmy na profesním vzdělávání (kurzy, školení, webináře..). Možnost zahraničních pracovních cest. Kolektiv inteligentních, vstřícných a slušných spolupracovníků a mnoho dalšího. :-)

Přátelská atmosféra. Kdykoli požádáte o pomoc při řešení pracovního úkolu, ochotně se vždy někdo najde.
Chybí mi osobní kontakty. Hodně spolupracovníků, zejména mladších, využívá benefit - homeoffice., takže se vlastně moc neznáme.

V AUŘE mohu kloubit svůj osobní život s profesním. Práce s kolegy.

Některé týmy mají (měli?) občas pocit, že jsou důležitější/pokrokovější/atd. než jiné, ale takový omyl se vyskytuje i jinde.
