Vyvíjející se firemní kultura správným směrem. Výborní kolegové a motivovaní zaměstnanci. Balanc mezi prací a soukromým životem. Plnění zákonných požadavků (žádná právní anarchie). Vedení myslí na zaměstnance, pořádá akce a vylepšuje benefity.
Okolí závodu potřebuje vylepšit.
