Na zaměstnavateli bohužel nebylo co ocenit.
Lidé nejsou spotřební materiál, jako dekorace, které firma produkuje. Za pyramidami luxusních dekorativních projektů, za vánoční výzdobou Staroměstského náměstí aj se skrývá doslova otrocká práce mnoha lidí, který svůj výdělek zvyšují za pomocí nekonečného množství přesčasů. Zima chlad nedostatečné hygienické podmínky, závodní tempo práce, rekordní množství práce, dozorci, bolavé klouby a vyčerpání. Nesmíte mluvit, nesmíte se smát.. Výplatní termíny zpožděny. Heslo vedení: pracovník pod stresem podává nejvyšší výkony.

Oceňuji férové jednání nadřízených, kteří se zajímají o názor zaměstnanců, stabilitu společnosti a postupně rostoucí počet benefitů.
