Naučil jsem se nové věci..např. zkruzovani, řezání ruční plazmou, opravdu číst vykresovou dokumentaci, znalost práce s výrobou pro zarove zinkovani, výroba přípravků..

Přístup vedení k zakazkam (na poslední chvíli řešení problémů, požadavek na včasné dokoncovani zakázek bez ohledu na podmínky), pretezovani pracovníků... Mate pocit, že ať uděláte co uděláte, tak je to málo.. Slabé finanční ocenění za snahu a výkon.. Žádné přidávání peněz i když děláte co můžete. Naposledy přidáno před ca 5ti lety pět korun..
