Prima parta lidí na nižších pozicích.
Vedení, které bylo mnohdy méně schopné, jak zaměstnanci pod nimi. Atmosféra ve společnosti napříč není příjemná.

Atmosféry. Příležitostí. Různorodé práce, kdy každý den je jiný. Benefitů. Generálního ředitele.
Časovou náročnost zaměstnání. Přesčasy nejsou nahrazovány ani propláceny.

Byl jsem spokojen. V současnosti managementem mé divize prochází restruktulizací, (manageři jsou vyhozeni nebo odchází) a takže v budoucnosti kdo ví co nás čeká

CRESTYL mi vždy nabídne příležitosti v případě, že mám zájem se kamkoliv posunout. Mám možnost být u zajímavých projektů a neustále se profesionálně posouvat. Zaměstnanci i vedení mne respektuje a záleží jim na mém názoru. Vždy se můžu realizovat a z velké části dělat to, co mne baví a miluji. Práce je pestrá a rozmanitá.
Někteří zaměstnanci se vyhýbají zodpovědnosti, nechtějí dělat rozhodnutí, protože vědí, že za ně vedení všechno vyřeší. Procesy a vedení některých manažerů jsou zastaralé a nikam se neposouvají.
