Klouzava pracovní doba
Na vedoucích pozicích neschopní lidé. Naprostá nesoudnost vůči konkurenci, za což jsou zaměstnanci neustále obviňováni, že je to v tom, že neumí obchodovat. Lhaní zaměstnancům. Bez šance se někam posunout jako firma díky neschopnosti vedoucích pracovníků, kteří schovávají své chyby za někoho jiného. Nikdo nic neví, vše je problém. Interní komunikace příšerná. Firma prodávající benefity, ale nejvíc se snaží ušetřit na vlastních zaměstnancích.

Na naší společnosti Up Česká republika oceňuji nezdolnou a kurážnou energii kolegů posouvat věci kupředu, že jsme dynamicky najeli na "digitální kurz" a na sounáležitost všech zaměstnanců při realizaci úkolů v turbulentně se měnící době.
