V této firmě zažívám "restart" své kariéry, učím se něco úplně nového a je to docela zábava a člověk tady pozná, že se učí celý život
Nadřízený se nezeptá, jestli mám kapacitu nebo ne a neustále nám háže nové a nové projekty a pak jsou eskalace ze strany klienta, protože se samozřejmě nestíhá.

Skveli kolegove i manazeri Prace me bavi
Zaucovani a vzdelavani novych zamestnancu by se melo zlepsit. Ale jiz se na tom pracuje.
Opportunity to learn new things
You will learn what it is procurement - sourcing and purchasing, working in different IT systems, will improve your language skills (language courses are provided). You will definitely improve in your excell skills and will use your analytical skills. For those on sourcing manager positions: you will have chance to practice your negotiations skills. Company grows constantly and teh carrier possibilities are good - if you want and show your interests.
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Communication is with stakeholders and colleagues in different languages accross teh globe. Except English which is obligatory we use also e.g. German, Swedish, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, Czech, Portugueese etc. Company works in procurement and consulting.

Celkova atmosfera firmy je naprosto unikatni. Zamestnanci maji moznost zapojit se do ruznych iniciativ a vybit se na nepracovnich projektech ci sportovnich akcich. Vyjimecna je take tzv. "flat structure" spolecnosti. Tato firma stale roste a zamestnanci tak maji sanci rust a rozvijet sve schopnosti spolu se spolecnosti.
