Vynikající prostředí v rámci pracovního kolektivu. Vždy maximální snaha vyjít zaměstnancům vstříc v rámci práce a rodiny. Absence firemního vzdělávání,nedostatečné stmelování týmů ve smyslu společných aktivit. Nízká motivace. Nedefinované cíle společnosti a chybějící nástroje k jejich dosažení. Nejednoznačné řízení a častá změna preferencí.

možnost práce na zkrácený úvazek, vztahy s kolegy
Neschopnost vedení reagovat na změny ve společnosti. Nesystematické řízení firmy, neférové jednání, práce přesčas i o dovolených a víkendech. Neschopnost vedení reagovat na změny ve společnosti. Nedostatečné pracovní místo, mnoho lidí v jedné kanceláři, není zde klid na práci.
