- fajn kolektiv s možností spolehnout se na kolegy - možnost komunikace s nadřízenými ve vertikále až k vedení společnosti - naslouchání požadavkům a přání zaměstnanců - nadprůměrné mzdové ohodnocení - společnost je stabilní s rostoucí tendencí - fluktuace zaměstnanců je nízká

Informativně: V průmyslovém areálu není žádná kantýna, kde se by se vařilo, ale obědy se řeší dovozem z restaurací.

moje práce mě baví, podpora kolegů, určitá vstřícnost pro inovace, kratší pracovní doba, společné firemní akce, zajímavé platové ohodnocení
