Poctivé jednání, pravidelná mzda. přímočarý přístup . Občas vyžadována časová flexibilita ovšem vždy finančně ohodnocena.
tzv. systém vedení není, zejména na nižších stupních příliš funkční. Nadbytečné a někdy i zdvojené funkce.

Rodinný podnik, přátelská atmosféra napříč firmou, fajn vedení a kolegové, šéfové, které zajímá názor zaměstnanců, otevřený a osobní přístup, stravenkový paušál, 5 týdnů dovolené, vánoční prémie

Stravenky, vánoční prémie, nové zázemí a výrobní hala, ranní směna od 7:00 do 15:30h.
Nefunguje tam systém práce. Nerespektují se předem dané pozice. Někteří mají prostě na vrch, jen proto, že se znají dobře s vedením a na ně se nesmí šáhnout. Neustálý problém s nedostatkem lidí a časté střídání nových zaměstnanců, zřejmě z důvodu nespokojenosti. Pracuje tam pár lidí, kteří jsou docela agresivní, ne-li vyšinutí a snima se člověk musí naučít vycházet.
