Parta dobrých lidí, až na vedoucí pracovníky, ty nemají na svých postech co dělat.
Měnící se vedení společnosti, a nadřízení pracovníci kteří neumí zacházet s lidmi.

Pracovní prostředí není vhodné pro mladší ročníky, je zde velká pravděpodobnost vzniků rakoviny, alergii a pracovních úrazů a také spousta osazenstva je staršího data výroby.
