Přátelský přístup k zaměstnancům, výborné proškolení v mnoha oblastech, využití veškerých marketingových nástrojů, velký růst firmy, dobrých zaměstnanců si firma váží.
Vzdělání některých vedoucích na stěžejních prodejnách, zejména znalost Zákoníku práce, ovládání PC, a cizího jazyka alespoň základní. Podřízení by měli tak více času na svou práci, nemuseli by některé povinnosti, které náleží vedoucímu, odvádět za něho.
