Skloubení profesního a osobního života tu není jen heslo. Spousta kolegů má děti (malé i větší). Prima parta se smyslem pro humor, příjemné prostředí pro práci. Různorodost kolegů tvoří silný team, podporující se a motivující se. Firma má silný základ a stále se rozvíjí, práce je hodně a to je dobře.
Nic. Ale takové záležitosti se řeší interně.

V mé komunitě jsem brán za skutečného odborníka, prostě něco opravdu umím. To jsem se naučil tady. Jsem hrdý, že jsem součástí úspěchu a Vivnetworks je lídr s špičková firma. Taky mě inspiruje a hodně se naučím, když mohu spolupracovat s firmami jako Notino, ZOOT, Tescoma, Mall nebo Alza.
Někdy je práce opravdu náročná a rozhodně tu klídek není. Pokud hledáte klídek a pohodu, tak raději běžte se schovat do korporace :-).
Freedom and independence
Je to dvousečné. Máme velkou volnost a samostatnost, ale i vysokou zodpovědnost. Na své kolegy ji přenášíme postupně, tak aby to zvládli a víme, že každý má jiné tempo zaučení.

Férové jednání, vždy t co řekne vedení tak platí. Skloubení pracovního a rodinného života. Mezinárodní tým slušných kolegů. Perspektivní obor. Jednička na trhu a firemní vzdělávání. Trpělivá šéfová.
Málo se chválí.
