U této firmy pracuji již přes rok. Mým regionálním manažérem je člověk na správném místě. Vždy mi poradí a vyslechne. Každý manažér/manažerka prodejny má vždy takový tým, jaký si sám/sama vytvoří. Zda se věnuje svým kolegům a práci není potom důvod si stěžovat na chod firmy. Tuto firmu mohu doporučit.

Za me rozhodne LPP spolecnost pro lidi, kteri nechcou niceho dosahnout. Je to stereotyp kde se zaseknete akorat. Jejich pristup neni vubec hezky, ale lidi co si nechavaji vsechno libit doporucuji. Co se tyce prace a platu, mohlo by to bejt lepsi, ale za tu praci to bylo v klidu.

Super kolegové, práce mě bavila, dobré platové ohodnocení
žádná možná flexibilita, konflikty se zaměstnavatelem, dle mého na pozici manažera špatný, nezkušený člověk

Nejvíce asi záleží na tom, kdo je Váš nadřízený - pracovala jsem pod nekompetentní osobou, ale za to se skvělým kolektivem, se kterým jsme dosahovali skvělých výsledků. Musíte si také zvyknout na to, že děláte více práce /pozic, než na jakou máte vystavenou smlouvu. Je to dřina, ale práce samotná mě osobně bavila.
Problém byl s nadřízeným a s menší mzdou - když žijete s někým, není to strašné, ale sama bych se na nižší pozici (byla jsem vedoucí směny) jen těžko uživila.

Pracovala jsem na zkrácený úvazek a mohla jsem se tak starat o rodinu. A příjem byl úplně skvělý. Jen škoda, že obchod v mém městě zavřeli. Možná bych pracovala u této firmy stále a ráda.
