Dobrý kolektiv, který má skvělé nápady. Dobrá atmosféra. Ochota si navzájem pomoci.
Neplní se sliby. Problém cokoliv pozitivního protlačit přes majitele. Hodně věcí zde trvá dlouho. Nejsou zavedeny procesy. Dost věcí se řeší na poslední chvíli, nebo až když už je pozdě.
Meaningful work
Vedení musí práce dávat smysl, jinak nebude nic schváleno.

Náročné vedení = náročné úkoly

I když pevná tak přesto volná pracovní doba. Odborníci na svých pozicích. Výborná káva. Skvělé eventy pro zaměstnance i zákazníky.
Občas všichni dělají všechno. Malá flexibilita v rozhodování.
