Je možné částečně pracovat z domova. Snaží se postupně zlepšit pracovní podmínky.
Nastavil bych rovné podmínky pro všechny zaměstnance. Je nutné více se zaměřit na kvalitu, všechno se podřizuje lidem, kteří přivádějí do firmy peníze. Dělá se všechno honem na poslední chvíli.

Volnější pracovní doba. Kávovar v kanceláři. Hezké kancelářské prostory.
Platové podmínky a benefity. Vybavení nutné pro práci. Lepší management a celkově organizace práce a struktury jednotlivých oddělení. Zlepšit předávání a evidování informací. Zvýšení zájmu o spokojenost zaměstnanců.

Mzda vždy včas na účtu.
Jasně nastavit pravidla a dbát na jejich dlouhodobé dodržování. Oceňování lidí dle jejich zásluh a odvedené práce, ne dle jejich řečí o odvedené práci.
