Jsem na part-time pozici a firmu si nemohu vynachválit. Je to má první zkušenost s velkým korporálem a od začátku jsem nadšená. Úžasná je zejména pracovní doba, hezké finanční ohodnocení, úžasná parta lidí a spoustu interních benefitů. Mohu jen doporučit.
Nemám co vytknout. Jediné co mě napadá, ale to je spíše jen podnět pro menší zlepšení je investice do lepších notebooků. Vzhledem k tomu, že je v této práci notebook váš nejlepší parťák, bylo by super, kdyby to byly větší "rakety", ale tím rozhodně neříkám, že se současnými se pracovat nedá. Navíc na vyšších pozicí je určitě lepší vybavení :)

Jakmile nejste součást oddělení marketingu nebo sales, nemáte absolutně žádnou šanci na jakýkoli kariérní růst, školení, popř. trainingy. Spousta záležitostí se outsourcuje 3. osobám, na pozice běžně vykonávané zaměstnanci s pracovní smlouvou se místo toho nabírají pouze studenti na pozici internů.

Firma mě nechá samostatně pracovat a uvažovat se zákazníky v mém regionu za které zodpovídám. Pokud potřebuji pomoct mám se možnost obrátit na kohokoliv ve firmě.

Příjemný pracovní kolektiv , management přístupný věcným argumentům. Zaměření na výkon a aktivitu.
Komplikovana logistika a dodávky zboží. Nejistota zajištěni dodávek potřebného zboží. Nemožnost spolehnout se na forecast.
