Platí to pouze u pozice na kterou jsem byla přijata. U většiny jiných pozic v této firmě to myslím tak není.

Pod pojmem klidná práce si představte, že svůj názor nesmíte říct nahlas. Přijdete, odpracujete si svou směnu a jdete domů. Nad ničím nepřemýšlíte a práci si nenosíte domů.

Skvělí kolegové. Hezké moderní prostory. Kávovar s dobrou kávou zdarma.
Nízká mzda, neférový přístup - nadřízený vám sebere prémie bez údání důvodu a zůstane vám jen základ. Celkově neprůhledné jednání, nikdo vám nic nevysvětlí a vše se zamete pod koberec. Samozřejmě na jiném oddělení to může být jinak, ale vzhledem k tomu že jsou tu pouze dvě obchodní oddělení, tak je to 50/50.
Flexible working hours
V administrativě je volná pracovní doba - člověk zde musí být od 9 do 14, ale zbytek je na něm. + 7,5hod úvazek. To beru jako pozitivní.

K zaměstnancům se opravdu přistupuje jako k lidem, ne jako k výrobní jednotce.
