Moderní a čisté pracovní prostředí. Velmi slušné a korektní pracovní vztahy. Vstřícnost kolegů. Respektující kultura a týmovost.
Chci zapracovat na interní komunikaci a sdílení informací. Zavést a rozvíjet coaching manažerů, případně zaměstnanců. Podpořit a rozvíjet dobrou firemní kulturu a více propojit jednotlivé kategorie zaměstnanců.

Work in an international environment
Společnost Contract Medical International, spol. s r.o. před několika lety koupil německý koncern Heraeus a začlenil ji do obchodní skupiny Heraeus Medevio, která se zabývá výrobou a prodejem medicínské techniky. Jednání s kolegy z Německa, USA či Kostariky je proto zcela běžné.
Informal work atmosphere
Všichni se baví se všemi, není zde žádný příkop mezi managementem a nižšími pozicemi a to jak během práce tak během volnočasových firemních aktivit.

Přednosti této společnosti jsou - práce v čistém prostředí, klimatizované prostory na dílnách, pravidelný měsíční příjem a benefity.
Nelíbí se mi znevažování práce operátorů ve výrobě a občas chybí takt v jednání nadřízených vůči operátorům.
