Dobrá nálada a vztahy na pracovišti. Ochota kolegyň,vstřicnost. Celkově moc příjemný zaměstnavatel.

Dobrý přístup k zaměstnancům ze strany vedení, ale celkově nejvíce záleží na týmu zaměstnanců na prodejně, kolektiv perfektní, dobrá vedoucí. Z mé strany spokojenost. Ráda na toto zaměstnání vzpomínám.

Nejspíše asi se zákazníky
Bohužel jsem dostala výpověď - ve firmě je velice neférové chování od nadřízených i kolegyň/kolegů. Nedá se zde nikomu věřit. Doporučuji maximální opatrnost a s nikým nic nesdílet - jinak se to obrátí proti Vám. Toxické pracovní prostředí.

Kolektiv byl tmel a to nejlepší na teto práci.
Za odvedenou práci bylo velice špatné platové ohodnocení. Z vedení přicházeli jen sliby kteryn nebylo dostano. Ve finále nam ubrali ze základu na smlouvě a dali nam to do pohyblivé složky ktera se při dovolené nebo nemoci kratila.

Pohodové teamy na jednotlivých prodejnách. Velmi dobrá vzájemná spolupráce. Nikdo si na nic nehraje, jsme upřímní a vzájemně se respektujeme.

Benefit zaměstnanecká sleva na oblečení. Byly jsme super tým, ale to záleží na lidech ne na zaměstnavateli.

12ti hodinové směny za 14tis plus benefit 500kc které můžete utratit jen ve stejném obchodě. Nefér jednání že stran nadřízeného. Naladovost nadřízeného jak se vyspal tak se k vám choval
