+ Vyvíjí se skutečně nové a zajímavé věci + Kolegové jsou schopní a inteligentní + Výsledky práce jsou konkrétní, aplikované a velmi rychle vidět
- Vhledem k (již probíhajícímu a i nadále plánovanému) rapidnímu růstu firmy jsou znát i jisté porodní bolesti - Mnohé procesy jsou nastavené špatně, zastarale nebo vůbec - Pracovní místo není zrovna v centru (home office je ale podporován)

Ve firmě se realizuje kompletní vlastní vývoj SW i HW. Každý vývojář (pokud má zájem) může ovlivnit kterým směrem vývoj půjde. I když je firma součástí korporace, tak vývojáři v žádném případě nejsou jenom "kolečka v soukolí".
Organizační a procesní záležitosti už zavání korporátem. Člověk se někdy musí obrnit trpělivostí :).

Moderní tech stack, zajímavé benefity, dobrý kolektiv.
Některé jinde standartní vývojové nástroje jsou zatím v plenkách, ale člověk může zasáhnout do toho, co se bude použivať a co ne.

100% podpora od vedení. Spousta benefitů - příspěvek na důchodové pojištění, příspěvek na stravu, příspěvek na sportovní a kultůrní vyžití, 13. a 14. plat, 5 dnů dovolené navíc, sick days, flexibilní pracovní doba, firemní akce... Možnost pracovat s nejnovějšími technologiemi. Jazykové školení, odborné školení dle vlastního výběru... Patří do skupiny Škoda Transportation a.s.
