Až velký dohled na zaměstnance a mnohdy neadekvátní chování. Stačí, aby vás někdo ze závisti pomluvil a máte peklo bez šancí se obhájit. Věří se těm, kteří umí lézt do těch správných zadnic. Povýšení a velké platy dostávají sice ti méně neschopní, ale zato jedinci, kteří umí skvěle lichotit těm správným lidem a nemají soukromý život.

Lidska a presto profesionalni spoluprace s nadrizenym. Prostor pro samostatnost a moznost ucit se nove veci.
Nic zasadniho, co bych sama nemohla ovlivnit.

Benefity prakticky žádné, 4 týdny dovolené a stravenky v hodnotě 70 Kč (do prosince 2018, kdy firmu převzala Mafra Print)
Přístup nadřízených, kteří měli své "partičky" oblíbenců, takže vůči zbytku panovala atmosféra utajování a nedůvěry
Work in a team of young people
1) Už to není Bauer Media, ale Mafra. 2) Do redakcí bulvárních časopisů bývalého Bauer M. berou hlavně mladé lidi bez zkušeností. 3) Proto by to tam dalším mladým uchazečům o práci mělo vyhovovat.
