Jste relativně pánem svého času. Pracovní prostředí je moderní a dobře vybavené.
Poslední dobou přibývá zbytečné a otravné byrokracie. Systémová řešení nejsou promyšlená a dotažená. Zbytečně rozrostlá struktura, kdy jeden neví, co dělá druhý a nikdo vám s ničím neporadí, jen vás odkáže na někoho dalšího. Neosobní vztahy a faleš. Směrnice na směrnici.

Zkušenosti nově příchozích lidí jsou do očí bijící, tudíž se nemusíte obávat, že byste nezapadli :)

Podpora osobního rozvoje, zajímavé benefity, 13. a 14. plat, teambuildingy a firemní akce
Hrozná firemní kultura, neinformovanost ze strany vedení. Nekvalifikovanost. Společnost netáhne za jeden provaz, jedno oddělení hází klacky pod nohy druhému. Zavádění nových systémů bez důkladného zaškolení. Open space.

Dobré finanční ohodnocení, dobré benefity, klouzavá pracovní doba, možnost homeoffice, super kolegové
Otřesná firemní kultura, žádný onboarding, žádné zaškolení. Namyšlené vedení úplně mimo realitu. Ochota všech na bodu mrazu.

servis IT oddělení fungoval velmi dobře, dále pravidelné čtvrtletní odměny, které slíbili, tak dodrželi
práce v otevřených open space mi nevyhovovala a dále pracovní doba striktně do 16:30, nebyla možnost klouzavé pracovní doby

Primárně to jsou kolegové, pak svoboda, kterou se nám dostává, vzdělávání + auto zdarma je ohromný bonus
IT infrastruktura není uživatelsky příliš příjemná
