Naprostá spokojennost v jednání s přímým nadřízeným, vždy mi vyšel vstříc. Příjemný přátelský kolektiv (i když vyjímka se vždycky najde :D )

Vždy je možnost domluvy. Pokud je to možné, nadřízený vždy vyjde vstříc. Slušný zaučovací systém. Starší lektoři jsou nováčkům vždy ochotni pomoct.
Lepší platové ohodnocení zaměstnanců, kteří pracují s návštěvníky. Lepší komunikaci vedení s řadovými zaměstnanci. Celkově zlepšení zpětné vazby.

Práce lektora je pohodová, bez stresu, bez přesčasů. Šéfová je přísná, ale snad férová.
Vadí mi, že máme jen 4 týdny dovolené, požadované volno si musíme hlásit víc než měsíc předem. Pracovní doba o víkendu 10-18 h mi nevyhovuje, i když chápu, že je potřeba mít takhle otevřeno.

Opportunities for career advancement
Pokud se hledají nový zaměstnanci na vyšší pozice, vždy se nejdříve hledá obsazení v zaměstnancích, kteří zde už pracují a až poté se shání z vnějších zdrojů

No overtime
Pracovní doba je stanovana nejvíce na 10 hodin +30 minutová pauza. Kupříkladu přijdete ráno na půl devátou, ale pár minut po sedmé večer už jsre mimo práci. Pracovní doba se liší podle sezóny, v zimě se jedná o oněh 10 hodin, ale pak se pracovní doba zkrátí na 8 hodin v létě
