Order and rules
Řádem je myšleno jednoduchá pracovní doba. Kdy k nám zaměstnanec přijde odpracovat 7.5 hodiny necháme na něm. Pravidla jsou jasná, mít v termínu dobře a kvalitně odvedenou práci.
Complex tasks
Je to firma která se zabývá kusovou výrobou. Ano, může plno lidí odradit, ale z druhé strany je to kusová výroba takže žádný stereotyp
