Flexipasy. Skloubeni pracovniho zivota s rodinou. Naucit se imrovizovat.
Ohodnoceni kolegu nebylo mnohdy adekvatni jejich pracovnim dovednostem, ale odvijelo se od toho, kdo se s kym jak dlouho znal.

ČD - Telematika a.s.spolupracuje se středními školami a dává prostor absolventům, dále umožňuje brigádní směny na recepci pro studentky, které mají v případě oboustranného zájmu možnost kariérního postupu.
Non-stressful work
Pracovní doba je v mnoha případech pružná, je prostor na občerstvení, pauzu na oběd, v provozu - jak u termínů provedení zakázek, tak oprav poruch se netlačí na dodržení termínu, pouze se někdy dohání termíny u nasmlouvané údržby - profylaxe.

Flexibilita zaměstnavatele při řešení soukromých záležitostí. Široké spektrum činností se kterými se dostanu do kontaktu.

Tehdejší marketingový tým fungoval dobře. Spolupráce s obchodem byla vynikající. Firma poskytuje celkem stabilní zázemí těm, kteří nehledají výzvy, ale jistoty.
Zjednodušení procesů, snížení administrativní zátěže. Více zapojit řadové zaměstnance do toho, čeho chce firma dosáhnout. Celkově zlepšit interní komunikaci a informovanost od vedení.
