Kolegové bezvadni, prostředí slušne, neuprimnost nadřízených, přijde mi to jako když nemají dostatečnou praxi s vedením lidí a nevědí co chtějí, též se jim nelíbí názor jiných nejraději by, aby každý skákal jak jim se to hodí, prace byla zajimava...a jedna z posledních zkušeností - neprofesionální jednání, shazovani kolegy před kolektivem, což opravdu nemá hranic.

Vytrvalosti, snahy se zlepšovat, nabídli mi zajímavou práci.
Méně chaosu, více systematičnosti. Zvýšit zájem zaměstnanců o společnost a snažit se co nejvíce stmelit tým.

Dobrá parta. Pomoc od vedoucího a kolegů. Lidi, na které se můžu spolehnout. Práce mě baví.
Občas návaly práce, někdy je klid, pak stres, ale to je asi všude.
