Velmi si cením kolegů, se kterými jsem v nejužší spolupráci, a možnosti vždy otevřeně vyjádřit svůj názor, navrhnout nové řešení apod. Firma podporuje další seberozvoj a práce jde velmi dobře skloubit i se soukromým životem díky flexibilní pracovní době a vstřícnému jednání. Nabídka benefitů je příjemnou třešničkou :)
Některé změny a nové postupy se prosazují hůře a pomaleji - buď proto, že podléhají korporátnímu schvalování, nebo protože řada zaměstnanců je ve firmě již dlouho a zažité zvyky se vždy těžko mění...
