Nejvíc si vážím férového přístupu – co se domluví, to platí. V GRiTu funguje skvělý týmový spirit, lidé si navzájem pomáhají a firma se o zaměstnance opravdu stará, a to i mimo práci. Velkým plusem je také vysoká míra autonomie a důvěry.

Slabší stránkou může být občasná spolupráce mezi týmy a nižší agilita v některých situacích. Pozitivní ale je, že si to firma uvědomuje a snaží se tyto věci zlepšovat.
