Naučil jsem se nedůvěřovat tomu, když s Vámi nadřízená v podstatě nemluví nebo lépe řešeno, když po Vás něco chce a pak to chce jinak a pak se vymlouvá na nesoběstačnost. Falešné lpění na pravidlech je normální věc.
Vylepšil bych komunikaci nadřízeného s podřízenými. Někteří pracovníci šíří nedobrou atmosféru.
