Bylo to poučné. Viděl jsem jk se věci dělat nemají, zejména jak je obtížné komunikovat s jinou kulturou.
Absolotně žádné empatie, držet podřízené v šachu, donášení a závist místo spolupráce. Úplné nepochopení naši pracovní kultury. Negativní motivace. Nabubřelost a arogance Top managementu.

Setkají se s řádem a disciplínou, dostanou výborný základ pro porovnání v budoucím zaměstnání, manuální práci se lze naučit během krátké doby bez předešlých zkušeností. Obdrží mzdu každý měsíc včas a mzda bude odpovídat průměru v okolí.

Velká fluktuace zaměstnanců. Pracovali by, ale není jim umožněno se jakkoli angažovat a zlepšit procesy. Vše striktně nařízeno a řízeno, ovšem ne vždy je toto k prospěchu.
