Líbí se mi pracovat profesionálně a kreativně. Oceňuji vysoké nasazení všech kolegů a zároveň to, jak dokážeme pracovat jako tým. Baví mě, že s kolegy přicházejí stále nové výzvy, nápady, že se navzájem můžeme inspirovat.
Nevím, jak to udělat, abychom byli efektivnější. Myslím, že pracujeme nadprůměrně a baví nás to, ale zároveň vnímám, že nás to stojí spoustu sil a času. Měli bychom někde asi polevit, aby nedošlo k vyčerpání. To nám zatím moc nejde.
