Pružná pracovní doba, možnost dalšího vzdělávání, možnost podílet se na rozvoji organizace.
Nejistota, pracovní poměr je vždy na dobu určitou, jde o neziskovou organizaci, která je finančně závislá na projektech financovaných z ESF.
