Nefér jednání nadřízených, manipulace, protekce. Nekompetentnost většiny manažerů.

Celkem jistá stabilita i krátce po krizi, i když se smlouva prodlužovala 2x ročně. I přes mizernou výplatu nebyla parta kolegů vůbec špatná. To ale netrvalo dlouho.
Výplata. Nařízené přesčasy. (to je ale v každé velké fabrice) Nesmyslná školení a schůze, samozřejmě povinná, mimo pracovní dobu, a která nebyla placená dle zákoníku práce. V posledních letech rozmach rádoby odborníků.
Order and rules
Pokud máte rádi byrokracii, jste na správném místě. Zde platí, že papír snese všechno. I na ten papír se zde jistě najde nějaký kontrolní papír.

Flexibilní pracovní doba. Výplata vždy začátkem měsíce na účtu.
Benefitů na dnešní situaci na trhu práce je velmi málo a nejsou příliš atraktivní.
