Firma nemá systém, neexistuje zpětná vazba, propouští se bez rozmyslu jen aby se ušetřilo, nejdou žádné peníze do rozvoje firmy.
I pri výborných výsledcích můžete být propuštěni.

S přístupem nadřízených,plat se zvedá jen těm co podají výpověď, hrozný chaos jak na provoze,tak i v organizaci práce......

Máji tam dobrý kolektiv pracovníků.
PF plasty jsou jen na zaučení a pak honem utíkat za lepším. Zůstával jsem tam 7 let bo jsem způsobil malou škodu a kdekoliv v jiném podniku by to firma zaplatila z pojištění ale v PF vám dají všechno zaplatit a nebo se upsat na pár let.V poslední době se chování nadřízených zhoršilo, používají samé vulgární slova atd.

Firma PF Plasty a celý koncern BR Group je firma pro ty co jím nejde o peníze. Moje ráda zní jestli nechceš zbláznil z peněz tak nástup do PF Plasty.

benefit 30% prémií nečekejte v plné výši (tento rok cca 10%), výkyvy v množství práce (někdy je toho až moc jindy vůbec nic),
